E' veramente tanto tempo fa che ho messo l'ultimo post sul mio blog. Prometto di impegnarmi di più.
"Heart to Heart"
Ho fatto il layout su una tela. Per la prima volta mi sono tuffato nel mixed media. Il sfondo e trattato soltanto con il glimmer mist Caribbean blue ed i bordi ho sporcato con distress walnut satin.
Ho usato i stencil con il gesso nero e bianco. Qualche timbrata con il nero. I cerchi sono timbrati con Versamark poi ho messo la polvere di embossing. Sul cuore ho messo il gesso nero e ho usato un misto di polvere di embossing per renderla un po vecchio.
La traduzione del layout olandese è "Il vecchio amore non arrugginisce".
I make the layout on canvas. For the first time I work with mixed media. The background was elaborate only with glimmer mist Caribbean blue and the edges were soiled with distress walnut stain.
I used the stencil with black and white gesso. Some stamped with black. The circles are stamped with Versamark then I used embossing powder. The heart was elaborate with black gesso and I used a mixture of embossing powder to make it a little bit older.
The translation of the dutch title is "Old love does not rust."
